Shipping & Returns

Delivery Time

Orders are shipped every Friday and Monday. Aramex states a delivery time of between 24 and 72 hours for delivery depending on destination.

All orders are shipped directly from Toyota Tribe and may be delayed due to external factors.

Please verify your shipping address and your ZIP CODE before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

Courier Pricing

We do not ship beyond the borders of South Africa unless explicitly arranged prior to checking out

As a rule, we use Aramex Store to Door courier to deliver our parcels, however we do understand that for some clients rural deliveries on farms are not possible. If you would rather we use Postnet to Postnet services, please WhatsApp or e-mail your order number and closest Postnet outlet to make the necessary arrangements.

In the event of any additional shipping charges or alterations to your shipping total, we will attempt to contact you and your order will be held pending your approval of any changes. To date we have never contacted a customer for additional shipping charges.

Shipping Methods

For most orders, we ship using Aramex Store to Door Couriers. PostNet to PostNet options are available on request.

Warranty Policy

Toyota Tribe guarantees the workmanship of the products sold. Should your product fail please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue. We do want to see you taken care of.

Return Policy

Toyota Tribe does not accept returns on any items. Sizing Charts are included for all wearable items, please make sure that you select the correct size or colour variant.

Toyota Tribe will however gladly refund the purchase if it was found that the item is defective, or if the workmanship is found to be at fault. Please contact me via e-mail or WhatsApp if you feel that a product should be returned.

Refunds will be given on items only and exclude shipping or any other charges. All items must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged, and must be in original condition. All returned items must be sent freight prepaid.
